Collection is available only on certain days. You must select the day when you checkout. Instructions will be sent to you via email.
We ship all orders via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, and orders can take up to 3 business days to arrive within the UK. We are currently unable to offer a collection service.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
If you’d like to return an unused item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to get it back to us for an exchange or refund. This, of course, does not affect your statutory right to cancel, but our return policy is already better than that :). You can open your delivery to make sure you’ve received what you thought you were buying, and you’re allowed to do what is reasonable to ensure you’ve received what you thought you were buying and that it works as expected, but if any damage is caused, or it is used beyond what’s reasonable, we have the right to charge you for any loss in value to the goods as a result of your use or damage.
Before returning an item, please contact us for a return authorisation number. You must ensure that you keep the proof of postage receipt you receive from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible if the return is lost in transit.
